Diagram Usage License

Every diagram in the RemodelCalculators Construction Diagram Library is free to use — on your website, in a lesson, or in print — as long as you keep a simple credit link back to us. We build them to code and cite every source, and we’re glad when they help explain a concept better than words alone.

There’s no signup, no fee, and no license form to sign. The two lists below are the whole agreement.

You may

  • Embed a diagram on your website, blog, or online article.
  • Use it in a lesson, handout, presentation, or course.
  • Use it in a printed publication (extension bulletin, guide, book).
  • Resize it to fit your layout (keep the proportions).

We only ask that you

  • Keep a visible credit link back to the diagram page or RemodelCalculators.com (the embed code includes it automatically).
  • Don’t remove or obscure the attribution.
  • Don’t resell the diagrams or pass them off as your own.
  • Don’t alter a diagram in a way that changes its technical meaning.

How to use a diagram

Embed (recommended). Open any diagram page and copy the one-line embed code. It renders the diagram responsively on your site and includes the credit link automatically — nothing else to add.

Download the image. Prefer to host it yourself or use it in print? Download the image from the diagram page and add a credit line: “Diagram courtesy of RemodelCalculators.com.”
